Current Information:
Retired from the Auburn, New York Fire Department as Fire Lieutenant Investigator & Inspector in October of 1995. Married to Nory. Have 6 children.
Memorable Moments Aboard the Savage:
While aboard the Savage I worked as a deck ape for three months until I was asked to report to Chief Weber and work as a Signalman. Ended up being lead Signalman my last two years, and slept in front of the engine telegraph machine while in Vietnam.
While in Vietnam, I got to replace members of the PBRs (Patrol Boat River) and traveled up river on a couple occasions. I also got to go in some Vietnam villages on landing parties.

Should have received a purple heart due to the tattoo received in Hong Kong, but was told it wasn't in a war zone.
